Plötzlich litt ich an Panikattacken, die ich noch nie zuvor in meinem Leben hatte. Aber genau da wurde mir bewusst, wie viel Trauma aus der Vergangenheit ich nie verarbeitet hatte. Ich interessierte mich zunehmend dafür wie unser Körper und Verstand funktioniert - wie Ich funktioniere. Mit der Zeit hörte ich immer mehr auf meinen Körper und wandte Selbstheilungstechniken an, was zu einer positiven Transformation führte. Nachdem ich mich in den letzten Jahren intensiv mit Psychologie, Verhaltenswissenschaften und Kindheitstrauma beschäftigt habe, bin ich davon überzeugt, dass Hypnose eine der vielversprechendsten therapeutischen Methoden ist. I was mentally exhausted to the point of despair. After one detrimental breakdown I just realized how much trauma I never processed. I was playing a role in a movie I didn’t agree on. I wasn’t living a life true to myself at all. I got increasingly interested in understanding how the body and mind works. I studied myself and applied techniques that resulted in a very transformative experience. Having spent the last years intensively studying psychology, behavioral science, and childhood trauma, I believe that hypnosis is one of the most promising therapeutic methods. In addition to my training as a hypnotherapist, I am also a certified yoga and meditation teacher.
